I finally delivered this painting.  Horray.  This is my concept of what the molecules that make you go “AAWWWWWWWWWW IT’S SO CUTE!” when you see adorable, baby animals.  These are cuteons.

My digital camera pickedup the colors better than my scanner. Sadly, this made the image a little blurry.

What will they say …

I wonder what people will say of my sketchbooks someday. Or will they? Either way, I don’t feel so bad about drawing miniscule bits of what will be paintings over and over and over again.

I’m taking the whole of the day (after I do yoga in a bit) to work on commissions.  I’m full of sick and yuck and bloody noses and stuffed sinuses, so all the work I should have done this week has been spent sipping tea and coughing up a lung.

Artowrk to be posted late, late tonight.

In the meanwhile, the bunny Tucker has decided that he VERY MUCH wants to be able to sit on the radiator below my kitchen window.  I set things up so that it is indeed safe, and he cannot slide off any of the surfaces.  I had placed a small Australian aboriginal painting in the window, which has the colors I’d eventually like to accent the kitchen with.  This painting, since setting things up for Tucker, has been mysteriously falling from the window ledge.

I figured out why and caught it on my iPhone.

He's IN the window!

He's IN the window!

Aaand there goes the painting.

Aaand there goes the painting.

Sittin' pretty.
